Glen Macnow Bio
Glen Macnow is WIP`s evening host, he is on from 7-11 PM on week nights. When WIP broadcasts a Philadelphia Flyers game, Glen does a show between periods and after the game. He stays on until 11 PM or later if the post game show is not concluded by 11. In the event of a Philadelphia 76ers game, Glen is on from the end of the broadcast until 1 AM. Glen also does the Philadelphia Eagles pre-game show, and hosts a popular Saturday morning show 10-3pm with Hall Of Fame sportswriter Ray Didinger.
Glen is a former writer for the Philadelphia Inquirer and was recognized in 1993 as "The Best Sportswriter in Philadelphia" by Philadelphia Magazine. He has written three top-selling Philadelphia sports books during his time on WIP, co-authoring The Great Philadelphia Fan Book with Anthony Gargano, he co-authored The Great Philadelphia Sports Debate with Angelo Cataldi and he co-authored The Great Book of Philadelphia Sports Lists with Big Daddy Graham.
