There are now 15 teams that have not won a Super Bowl. There are probably only 5 or 6 that never made it to a Super Bowl. It’s a good thing the 2008 Phillies were able to play the Devil Rays – or else our drought would have continued!

Any Flyer fan who watched yesterday's Washington-Pittsburgh game has to be disconsolate. The Flyer's talent level is so far below the level on display during that game, that they are closer to their last Stanley cup then they are to their next.

Did you notice the flow of the game and how efficient both coaches were in the SB? A.Reid is never going to get there because he overthinks everything. Football is not that complicated.

Jose Canseco was the first player to break the $5 million salary barrier. Using steroids raised the salaries for all players. Everyone who signed a contract since then should be glad the Bash Brothers used steroids.

One of the things I always hate to hear the week after a game is "we left a lot of points on the board" or "we had a lot of chances to score. Well the Cowboys also had a lot of chances to score even more. Goodbye McNabb

Ray - Pottsville
Dave Spadaro incident: Looks like the Eagles are in a predicament as I see it. They fired a handicapped person for showing his feelings and I might add he apologized for it. If Spadaro keeps his job and I was that other person then I'd be talking to my lawyer pretty damn quick about this one.

If the Eagles are lucky enough to beat Dallas on Saturday, they will lose in Arizona the next week. Playoff wins are meaningless anymore. If they do not win a Championship, it does not matter. By playing on the road, the season-ticket holders will save money. If the NFL expands to an 18-game schedule, there will be a lot of meaningless games in the last month where teams rest their starters. The Jets skated into a Wild Card because two of their opponents had nothing left to play for.
